Department of Sport, Arts and Culture host youth against crime

Limpopo Department of Sport, Arts and culture in partnership with different stakeholders and sector department ( SAPS, NGO, Institution of higher learning, Business forums, Department of health staged youth against crime awareness campaign march in Shayandima christ worship house church at Thulamela local municipality, vhembe district.
The campaign is aimed at creating a platform for the youth to stand in unity against the scourge of drugs and crime that is sweeping communities by standing up and claim back and, also aimed to supporting the youth not to engage or be influenced by any criminal activities.
“Thulamela main liabraries led the campaign as a reminder to communities that libraries are more than just about books but a communal space that caters to social cohesion, whether educational needs, says the department acting head of communication, Jermina Kaka.
Kaka told Giyani View that, in Sekhukhune district municipality under makhuduthamaga Local municipality we have four Libraries GaPhaahla, Jane furse, Phokoane and Patantshwana with free Wi-Fi for everyone to get access of internet more especially learners to do their school works and application for universities without any charges.
